Joseph Otero responded to my call, he is extremely knowledgeable, professional and truly cares about customer service. He diagnosed the problem in less than 30 mins and had the A/C back on in no time. He showed up with a well stock truck that had the appropriate part needed for the repair (very important to the success of the repair call). I highly recommend this company and Joseph to any home owner or disabled veteran like myself that may require help with A/C service at any time of the night or day in an emergency situation. They do things right the first time and other companies should emulate their dedication to service and ethical approach.”
